Don't issue cheque if funds are not sufficient in Bank ( बैंक में।पैसे न हो तो चेक जारी न करें)

Issuing a cheque with amount more than in your bank account can lead to offence under section 138 of NI Act. And may lead to legal proceeding in courts .
