“My foot wear contains a serpent.. Ok” 😂
Late night hammered Brad trying to hold it together with commentary is the best part 😅
It's a "thing" if you make it, bro!! Texas chili Enchiladas!! Sign me up!!
By far my favorite Snake in my boot segment! Need it on an official Chuds BBQ t shirt!
My favorite BBQ place when I was a kid, which sadly no longer exists, made the best enchiladas I've ever eaten. When I tell people that they think I'm crazy. But, people in the know, will agree. Barbecue and enchiladas are a match made in heaven.
That spill when you were plating, don't worry Bradley ,
Premature enchiladaplation happens to us all from time to time.
It's perfectly normal.
I do chicken enchiladas a lot with my drum. I smoke my veggies for my sauce then smoke a whole chicken. Always a huge hit.
The wife makes this all the time when we have brisket week. 10/10 highly recommend.
whole hog enchiladas with some crispy skin crumbles on the top... Great job Bradley. Keep'em coming
Enchiladas with Texas chili con carne is definitely a thing. They’re all over in San Antonio.
I missed the backyard cooks. Glad to see it brought back. And we really gotta do something about that pesky snake.
Love how the cooking never stops
Ending a video while the pit and chimney are rolling lol
Awesome!!!!
Just smoked a 20 lb brisket this weekend. Looks like I know what I'm doing with my leftovers! Thanks for the idea!
Same here. My brisket is significantly smaller than yours, but there are only 2 of us so I still have a ton of leftovers that I didn't quite know what to do with. This has solved my dilemma as well.
@@summersands8105 make fried rice with some of it! Bonus points if you have some beef tallow from it to use when frying the rice. That's one of my fav ways to use leftover brisket. I shamelessly stole the idea from Blood Bros BBQ in Houston lol
My wife and I made smoked chicken enchiladas once, and it was absolutely fan-taste-ic! The smoke adds so much to the dish, and it’s awesome. I’m ready to try this next time we do a brisket.
Yes! Texas chili Enchiladas!
Brisket Breakfast Burritos!!! :)
Finally got a new food processor! Enchiladas look delicious!
That blew my mind, you’re amazing, dude!
Brad, great video! You should do it as an enchilada casserole!
Bradly never get tired watching you trim a brisket. You make it look so easy!
Enchudladas weren't what I was expecting this morning but will totally take it.
Those look great but your editing is awesome. I love the pace and how you present the content. Great work
Those look AWESOME! Great job as always! Chicken enchiladas next PLEASE!
Having my coffee and watching you chop! wonderful!
Damn that looks amazing! A smoked chicken enchilada would be pretty great as well.
Food looks great but I have to tip my hat to that magnificent beard, awesome channel Brad.
Tex-mex enchilada's it's chilli in a can ground beef and a lot on Mexican mix cheese on top so amazing my mom made this since before I was born
Love enchiladas and love brisket,Bradley you legend ive got to try it
Cracking video yet again. Although you did sound a little tipsy when you took the brisket off. 😂😂
Looks Yummy !!!!!
Snake in the boot line was top tier today!
That looks good p I love when you leave the bloopers in it keeps it real
Texas Chili Parlor absolutely has TX chili enchiladas. I also do that all the time with leftover chili and it is 🤌
Good god, those look legit!
Love a good brisket enchilada with some fresh white onion sprinkled on top.
And yes, enchilada everything!
Bradley, I, too, have considered a chili burrito. It contains everything you need (chili, sour cream, cheese, etc.) and it's in a convenient food delivery device. You must do a video on this.
you da man! I'm trying this recipe!
I'm still waiting for you to make an Italian Beef combo! Smoked Italian beef, with a home made spicy Italian sausage. :)
Brett's BBQ Shop in Katy makes some excellent brisket enchiladas. Great to see you back at the old studio/backyard! Now I'm hungry.
Made some Smoked pulled pork chilaquiles and definitely will try enchiladas next
Lmaooo @ “my footwear contains a serpent”
I think that I'm definitely going to try that book delicious.😊
Another great health food video 🤣 Thanks Brad 🤙
A simple gamechanger would be to fry the tortillas in oil and then proceed with all other steps.
Do a traditional chicken enchilada with a tomatillo salsa verde but use smoked chicken and bbq it up as much as you can 🔥
Hell yeah! Texas chili enchiladas please.
Smoked shrimp enchiladas. Add some fresh onion, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
Outstanding cook! Like to see some green chili pork enchiladas smoked of course!
Great vid, thanks Brad! Highly recommend pulled pork enchiladas with Hatch green chile sauce, it's a household favorite of ours (and is a perfect way to use up the inevitable leftovers that you have after smoking a couple of shoulders).
Try Salsa verde shredded chicken enchiladas I've made them with smoked chicken before so good
Brisket chili. I love putting my leftover brisket in chili.
My favorite way to finish enchiladas is to finely dice and rinse red or white onions in ice water, finely dice some jalapeno or cerano pepper, and mix that with lime juice and fresh cilantro. It makes an extremely sharp and bright topping that cuts through the rich, soft, earthy flavors of the enchiladas and gives a freshness and crunch that perfectly completes the texture.
Chud’s always killing it 🙏🏼 in the some vein as these enchiladas, I think a smoked chicken enchiladas with chili verde (maybe char the tomatillos and chiles in the chud box?) would be a banger
Dude perfect timing, I am getting ready to make chopped brisket for the first time for a small catering gig. Now I know how to do it LOL.
Try adding some diced black olives in there as well topping with those and onions.
Seafood enchiladas would be good too
Heck yeah
Would love to see you do some carnitas or maybe a homemade BBQ torta.
I have watch you trim a brisket so many times and each time when you trim you tell us to save it for tallow we’ll show us what you do with the trimmings like tallow or sausage or surprise us your at the best and love you content
I bet some BBQ Birria Brisket Tacos would be delicious.
Bro these look great! My Momma would approve!
I've never smoked a brisket just to make enchiladas. Lol. But, it's one of my favorite things to make with leftover brisket, chuck or pulled pork.
When I do enchiladas my favorite it is green chile chicken enchiladas.
Definitely need to make smoked chicken enchiladas but with a cheesy cream based sauce. I got the idea from Sam the Cooking guy years ago and have changed some of it to make it how I like it. I bet with you making each part of the enchilada by hand, you could knock it outta the park!!
Been making enchiladas with chuckroast all spring with Verde sauce. Big hit with the family, up until we start fighting for the leftovers.
Add sum frito on top for that crunch would be nice
for some reason I think a cajun enchilada combo would be interesting?
You’ve got me completely addicted to direct heat pork steaks. I’m going to use that for this recipe.👍
Smoked brisket mole enchiladas would be so damn good!!!!
Maybe some crumbled fritos for texture?
Enchilada a jalapeño popper
That looks awesome, I kept thinking a some fresh onion and cilantro on top would have add that extra texture and flavor for a perfect enchilada.
Brad, you totally have to bbq some rabbit, raccoon…..a From The Woods series!
Hooked up to Ur channel few years back. Hope that serpent isn’t venomous 😂😂😂😂
it's been my experience that, if you're going to use home made corn tortillas, you have to make them in advance and let them sit in the fridge for a day or two. when you get ready to put it all together, just get them up to room temp. fresh, just-made tortillas will pretty much disintegrate every time.
Maybe you should try making enchiladas with al Pastor. I'll bet it would be awesome.
I watched the Chud Chat yesterday, so my days are off. Saw this video pop up and thought, "A Wednesday Chud's video?!?!" Then I realized its Tuesday... Looks delicious though. Making chopped brisket sliders tonight to use up some brisket from the freezer.
Did I hear the distinct sound of a few miller lights in your voice when you pulled that brisket… hehe
Lol best snake in my boot yet
Not sure what you should 'enchilada' next, but you should try some pulled pork tamales...maybe even some brisket tamales, or smoked chicken tamales. Basically anything tamale.
“mah footwear contains a serpent, m’kay?!” made me giggle
Enchiladas!!!!!
I might have added some more onions on top at the end... (but that's just me) - tell me if that would have worked, thanks
I thought The weak "snake in my boot" reference was going to kill the video. But the face coming in from the side with mmmmhmm brought it back from the dead. 😂😂😂
I have made beef cheek birria enchiladas, and they are amazing! Please show me your take on them!
I've done pulled pork enchiladas before they turned out great
Eclipse glasses in the knife roll lol
All homemade... love this style of cooking. Been after a more evolved or "authentic" enchilada sauce for a year or two now. That said, I bet it's really good just the way you made it.
HEB Mi Tienda sauce works for us in our house. Quick, Easy, and TASTY!
Next enchilada idea: Green Chili Pulled Pork With Crispy Skin
Hey Brad. I’ve been experimenting with corn tortillas for a while now. Been adding lard to mix and seems to make them a bit smoother and hold together better. Just thought might help in future. Thanks for all the awesome content.
Make them as they were then top them with Texas Chili con Carne....and more cheese ofc
Make some Texas Red please!
Texican Cafe off of Menchaca way down south in Austin has an enchilada similar to the one you mention st the end. I would love to see a Chuds BBQ version of theirs.
I enjoy your videos, cooking is very therapeutic.
Anybody know what smoker that is?
MAKE ALL THE THINGS
For the algorithms bay bay!!!
Looks Great.

#PHILLYPHILLY 🇺🇸
A smoked goat or lamb enchilada sounds like a good idea. Something a little more rustic.
Maybe some smashed frito chips on top with cheese would add that crunch needed chef Brad
Yeah. Texas chili enchiladas are a thing. My wife makes it even easier -- as a casserole, layered like lasagne. Layers of chili, corn tortillas, cheese, repeat.
over stuffing a tortilla. I laughed way to hard at that. Done that so many times
Direct heat chicken with roasted poblano verde sauce?
Thanks for another great vid!
