A street vendor was left unconscious after a stranger applied some unknown ointment on his back in southern China‘s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

This man is pure evil! He even watch him falling and didn't try to help him. Then kept smiling through the entire ordeal

A head injury from a fall like that alone could have been fatal.
Dude was testing it out, and was smiling because it worked… I’m glad they detained him but what’s stopping him from doing this again and getting away with it.

The black thing attached to the patch was likely a stun device. Once he places it on his skin, notice when he taps it, the vendor instantly fell to the floor shaking. Then he took it off and removed the device to hide the evidence. Which explains why they never found any chemical.

My first thought was a fentanyl duragesic patch… certain analogues have an extremely short half life (less than 10 minutes), making them hard to detect. The precursors are manufactured in Chinese labs.
That’s not a stranger. They literally work together lol
