My exact thought too. It was chewy and looked almost stale. They just t threw that into the microwave and melted the cheese.
@Fusionawdecoboost2016 to be honest whoindafuk orders nachos at a burger shack. Especially nachos with potato chips instead of NACHO chips lol. Can't be mad at nobody but yaself on that one.

i love a redemption story. when you go to a place and it was reviewed badly but you get there and its a good experience, i love it. its fun to see good news happening. I also like when they check on you and you tell them what you do not like. Knowing they miss the mark helps them adjust their aim. But, if it were me, I would have asked them to remake it, just to give it the best chance to impress you. It might have just been *that one* that was premade and not as fresh as it could have been. But we will never know unless we go there ourselves.
At first, when u said plan b, I thought you were talking about the birth control plan b!!! Lol. On the other note when the guy asked if the food was good, he knew it wasn't good.

Looks like she literally just went to grab a sip of drink tbh, only made two cursory glances in his direction, which would be fairly typical "non-attentive"* behaviour while doing something as mundane as grabbing a drink.
*behaviour we display when fulfilling a basic task whereby we do things we're not even consciously aware of, such as glancing in someone's direction

I like when the worst reviewed ends up being good after all. And if I'm being real, nachos are one of those things I think everyone thinks they like because they sound good in theory, but it's really hard to make them well. Very few places I've ever been to made actual good nachos.
Yeah agreed, What if they like have sauce on the chips and it doesn't have crunch on them, or the toppings on the chips is flavorless, but the chip is crunchy

Brazilians put egg on the burger sometimes. One of my best friends told me it's good. I live in Raleigh, NC and a Brazilian place opened, briefly, near me and the burger with an egg is awesome. Love it.
That was cool dude took accountability for the restaurant and they took the nachos off your bill that’s a start right there..and she was definitely top tier customer service so polite not a ounce of rudeness in her tone or anything..Man I love me some tater tots those golden brown nuggets are the best thing anyone could have came up with lol..and I agree a burger with a egg is amazing but I just don’t like mine runny..much love bro salute 🫡🫡🫡

The way that guy responded to you saying the Nachos were off made me think he's heard the same thing before and/or the staff has had discussions about it before. He didn't sound surprised at all! And those potato chips were definitely not cut and fried fresh. They had no snap, crackle OR POP SON!!!!

No lie, Big Daym. The Popeyes on Jefferson Street here in my hometown of Nashville could learn a thing or two from the management at that location of Plan B. The kitchen staff at Popeyes-Jefferson Street Nashville are notorious for getting orders wrong and giving customers an attitude problem when they come up to correct an order.

People dont realize nobody hardly goes and reviews a resteraunt when its great. Mostly people who had a bad experience leave reviews. So alot of the time it can be deceptive

In my opinion, u should send undercover people to these locations since most of them know your face. If they know your face, then u won't get the same service as the normal person walking in there. Might even be able to send your decoy and then go in a few hours later to see what the difference might be. I would love to see some vids from u like this. U are a good person. Keep having fun.
Daym already debunked this several times, Even though they know his face, recognize him, or heard of daym, they won't give daym special treatment just cause he's famous, Equal treatment goes to anybody regardless of status

Daym in my opinion they have definitely made positive changes on the food which is a good thing.
Minus the Nachos which I think they will be making changes to I hope anyway.

I had always gotten the impression from the talk around town that plan b was the place to go when it was very frou frou. Personally I'd never made it there because there are other burger places that I find top-tier that I generally go to. The corner pug in West Hartford is my go-to it's downright orgasmic 😂

Potato chips seem like a bad choice for nachos
They're called wing chips. Thinly sliced potatoes deep fried and seasoned. If they were more crispy it would have worked, but they looked soggy.

Been supporting since Weha opened- watching that company go downhill for years. This used to be my go to joint for burgers.

The burger looked good. But the patties should always match the size of the bun. Looked funny with the burger hiding behind the fried eggs. Bacon looked crispy.

The nachos are something that should be made right when ordered. Toss the chips in the fryer for a minute, salt them up, and add toppings afterwards. Simple. Good job on the guy accepting the criticism.

Glad that one guy accepted the constructive criticism. :p That being said though, I wonder if anyone, least of all for food, ever get confused either way and think what they made was perfect and don't know what they could have done wrong. :? Hopefully they'll figure that out though. :p (Glad most of this stuff seems pretty good though, for a "Worst" rated restaurant. :p).

Five Guys is good, but too pricey for a small burger. Fries are delicious though, and at least they give you alot of them.

Nachos, stale,burger looks dry! That cake too much chocolate,i like chocolate but that's to much ,the only thing to me that looks good was the tots! It probably is good, cause sometimes when you're food looks alright ends up being good!
