This is a high performance two stroke and the clutch is set up to compliment a peaky, ( narrow) power band. Gunning the throttle is necessary to negotiate that narrow band, while those extra blips also shoot shots of cooling mixture in to the intake to prevent seizures.

No wonder that Ski-Doo is spitting and bogging down, ths guy's pumping the throttle instead of just holding it down and ripping across that ice! Open it up, ya big mama's boy! Neither one of y'all deserve to even ride these race sleds! The first guy pumps the throttle like his prom date 40 years ago and the second guy is, well, i mean, for cryin' out loud, we all witnessed him fall off the sled, so... He fell off of a racing sled?!?!? The things only a couple inches off the ice, how in God's name did this dude fall off of a racing sled?? HOW?!
