Yes, it is an excellent. book. I have done a few reviews on similar books. I am certain there are many books related to that period, Dover publishing has produced quite a few books of illustration of the period and I am often finding odd 1920s etc books showing that style of Illustrations
I've perused this book in the library, but do not yet own a copy. I think a slightly bigger page size would have been beneficial. I do have a couple of copies of the sequel by Nadel, "Art in Time." That one is taken primarily from comic book pages, so it's sized well & appropriately. Thank you for making the video.
I agree, the pages are a little small. Could have done with being more like the the Smithsonian. Just ordered a copy of the Art In time which I have seen but haven't got, thanks for mentioning that
