INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Pineapple Chicken Wings)
1.9 lbs chicken wings
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 cup of sliced pineapple
1 and 3/4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of honey
4 tbsp of hot water
1/4 tsp of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch slurry
Green onion, sliced
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Crispy Butterfly Fried Chicken)
1 whole chicken (1.3 kilogram)
9 cloves garlic, crushed
16 pcs calamansi (or 2 fresh lemon)
5 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder (optional)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken powder (or magic sarap)
Cooking oil for frying
