They changed the attack speed of the mace from 0.5 to 0.6 after recording this video, so wind burst chains will be slightly more effective.

they also changed the height windburst gives you, 7 for lvl 1, 14 for 2 and 21 for lvl 3. which also changed the dmg you deal in turn

they shouldn't of nerfed the attack cd it ruins chains
