Any opinion on the Fisker Ocean now that the company appears to be filing for bankruptcy? Is the Ocean a good purchase right now?
I really don’t think it is. There are enough in the road to make it realistically viable for another company to step in and take on the software side of things (which I believe is very buggy), not not mention what happens when something goes wrong. I’d steer clear personally, despite the great prices.

A couple of questions if i may.Assume insurance the responsibility of the lessor?Also tax and servicing?Is there an upper age limit as i am 76.Have to be practical what if the lessor dies during the lease?
No upper age limit, your response for insurance and servicing - you’d have to ask about the mortality issue.
