Edit: This is not me trying to start an argument but I personally don't think Pope and Kei are a good match for the following reasons:
1. Just because Pope has a crush on her doesn't mean they are meant to be together and HAVE to be together.
2. *In my opinion* there is no chemistry between them other than platonic (friendly) chemistry.
3. JJ. That's it, that's the 3rd reason.
4. And let's not forget about that hug
in the jacuzzi, they clearly have a special relationship. ❤️

Chris M I feel like the writers know what they’re doing. Like I feel like there’s something suspicious to why they set kie and pope together instead of kie and jj. Maybe it’s because they want to grow pope, the character. By maybe some drama and heartbreak then have jj battle himself with how he needs to be true to himself and express his feelings, with maybe confessing how he actually likes kie.

I love the way Madelyn is so different from her character in real life. She is laughing at everyone's jokes, she is quiet but when she talks she makes other people laugh and smile. I need a friend like that for myself rn.

Charles Esten was one of the BIG REASON why I wanted to watch the show. Loved him on NASHVILLE and his character on Outer Banks is VERY different then his character on Nashville. So that was interesting to watch and dive into.
