One side effect that wasn't mentioned is the release of bacteria due to the destruction of bacterial biofilm. I experienced a sinus infection and, after taking Serrapeptase and Nattokinase, noticed mucus draining from my nose to my throat, causing a sore throat and even a slight earache. A few days later, I would feel unwell, as if I had an infection, so I stopped taking Serrapeptase and Nattokinase for a few days until my sore throat subsided and I felt the infection had cleared. Further research revealed that many areas in the body have bacteria forming a protective biomass, which, when dissolved, can release these bacteria. This includes candida and fungi. Recent discoveries suggest that fungi in the brain might be linked to Alzheimer's. I have ceased taking the enzymes for a week and feel better. Hi Curtis FYI currently there has been a flurry of autopsies reports of a white string appearing in bodies of young males who had 3 or more injections. This string is joining clots of many inches long. serrapeptase is of particular intrest here as the silkworm it thought to develop this enzyme for its own use in getting out of its cocoon by dissolving it, and this is especially good as a blood thinners and breaking up clots, a note of caution it MUST be taken on an empty stomach this is a very powerful enzyme and can empty the stomach very quickly, so gently, dos it, but, with this alarming "string" currently reported to be found in 30% of cases in young males, and if you have had 3 or more jabs easy up on you fitness.

I am concerned about the blood thinning qualities of this. We who have disc issues are typically taking fish oil, tumeric, etc to reduce inflammation so adding this does not sound very appealing. Any other thoughts?
I am not a doctor but I have had over 15 years of personal research and I am taking this supplement right now. I take it with fish oil ginger and other natural supplements. I would be careful with prescriptions or over the counter NSAIDs.
@@ko7302Hi, I have been taking serrapeptase with nattokinase, as well as quercetin/bromelain and NAC for long covid. On the bottle of the serrapeptase it says to only take for 30 days unless under Dr supervision, so I suppose I'll stop it for a while. I seem to be making a remarkable recovery, seeing as I was unable to walk down the street just a short while ago and could only spend an hour out of bed before needing to rest. I wonder if the 30 days warning is due to blood thinning? I've also started taking turmeric and fish oil.
The first day I started taking it on empty stomach i fall sick , I’m taking it for fibiord and Cyst and it works .But seriously I cough a lot and also experience fluid but it subsides later on

@@dshepherd107 Apologies, the Serratia I’m taking is double-walled (capsules), but no fancy enteric coating. Andrews Medical is my supplier for this, and their nattokinase, which easily survives gastric pass-thru, thus single walled capsules.
I bought 4 bottles but I get very nauseous and vomit even when I take it on an empty stomach with lots of water. Can you please tell me why this happens? Thank you.

Serrapeptase irritated my heart badly.
Had to stop taking it... or at least be very careful when taking it i.e. Take very small doses.

@@QuantumOfSolace1 Serrapeptase is good for blood flow... but it can be a bit too aggressive. This can irritate the heart... even if blood flow is increased i.e. Troponin levels can increase... even while flow is OK.
A food based protease like nattokinase (serrapeptase comes from silkworm) is a better choice as it doesn't seem to irritate the heart even if you use large amounts.
Serrapeptase won't affect everyone... only a subset of people. Most people report no side effects.
