There are some things I would like to add. Port wars pass very quickly. A clan that receives external help can capture the port very quickly. A garrison system can be made for the port and castle passages. I think there should be a war between the attackers and defenders of the extra port. In strong clans, whales come and can hinder you. This situation is ridiculous. The game has systemic problems.
Liking all of your ideas...hope the developers see this video! As you said folk are loosing interest in the game on all servers. It's only the new servers that seem busy but many are from older servers starting again...no way are they all newbies 😅.
These ideas would surely make the game a more 'interesting' time consumer. More chess like thinking,, strategy, who where when etc.. As for the game itself, improving skins for ALL ships would be good, not just the Flagship. So if you had a sniper, it had a skin, a thief, another skin.. Great work putting these out there...One more I wouldn't mind would be a monster killer, to build EXP, the limit of 5 or 6 a day is a drag.

I think that the Ability to customize the color or style of your ships (not just the flag ship) would be cool
I want them to bring back the ability to change your storage between supplies and cargo. and allow you to make more money if you go long trade.

I would start over again - except for the investment required
They should really try to balance it so the servers that fight in the seasons are more closely matched in ship levels.
