    1lb ground beef
    8 oz ricotta
    1/4 c of French’s Fried Onions, crumbled
    1 meatloaf seasoning packet
Mix well and shape into 4 individual loaves. Top each loaf with a slice of Swiss cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, top with a sprinkle of the dried onions and serve with sides of your choice. For a healthy side, mix some drained peas and sliced red bell pepper together with a sprinkle of seasoning salt and put on the baking pan with the meatloaves.

No cottage cheese in lasagna for me, it has to be bechamel sauce with some parmesan or other cheese in it. Ricotta works only in spinach ricotta lasagna
