My grandfather died when I was 12, and this show was how I last saw him. I never knew that he would pass away so soon, and I never said “Bye!” or a formal goodbye, so at his funeral I felt really sad and apprehensive. In this show, Sheldon realizes that he really didn’t say bye to him either, he was just daydreaming. I’m 17 now and what this scene had in common is we don’t know when our loved ones will die, so every day we have to spend it like it’s our last. RIP George and I still miss you grandad.. 💔
