Exactly the content I hoped to see when I subscribed! Also, I feel like everyone finds their own voice harder to listen to than anyone else around them does; for what it's worth, this was quite easy to listen to!
It's amazing the injuries runners deal with. Way to bounce back and get to the top - congrats on the road mile win! Thanks for sharing your story.
The queen is back ❤
Intro is 🔥
What a run!!
Motivational🙌🏼
yes!
Great video
2:04 is high school is strong, run the 800m
800 and the mile are very close so it doesn’t really matter.
@@joshuaolayanju9658 800M and 1500M are 2 very different races…. Yes it does matter
@@thekenmiller I think you are overstating the difference a bit too much. Also, she is a national champion the road mile.
I agree. Extremely different events. But that said she should explore the 800 again based on her amazing school times. Lower milage and speed training for 800 may suit her coming back from injuries. Later she can start 100 mile weeks like the world’s best milers.
I think she has found the event that works best for her. Let’s agree to disagree

shouldn't care about her hair. Should be focused on her running.
Yes, every single comment, conversation, statement, question, and concern should only be about running. That’s the best way to stay mentally strong and not get burnt out ever. Have zero interests outside of running. Don’t care about anything else but running. Don’t have a life outside of running. 😂 yeah dude let me know long that lasts for you. What are your PR’s? How many national championships did you compete in?
