7:19 Gareth knows what's up. I really admire what he and many others brought to this film. It's my favorite Disney Star Wars film by a mile and what I consider to be of the best Star Wars films ever made.
It's nice to see some of the prequel alumni, aka John Knoll and Doug Chiang being some of the main driving forces behind this film. They're touch really shows in the final product.
This movie was really something. Dark, kind of funny, and nostalgic. Sure there are always bad bits to every film but this is now one of my favourites!
Thanks a million dude for uploading all these! If you lived near me I'd buy you a case of your favorite beer...seriously dude! I'd received the DVD and BD copies along with the BD bonus disk as a Christmas present last year and I've been trying to digitize my movies. I was trying to do this one and while the DVD and BD discs of the movies themselves read fine the BD drive for my computer was having trouble with the bonus disc. It did seem to be kinda scuffed on the surface so it was likely recorded to bad media unnoticed to begin with or it got scuffed in transit. Tried running the disc through a CD/DVD/BD scratch repair kit numerous times to no avail (scratches were probably too deep for such a kit). Then I came across your channel which had all the featurettes from this disc. I've downloaded them to my drive from here. So again thank you! :)
Gareth Edwards should have directed the prequels, with George Lucas' story, but with his script, dialog and directing. He made the Star Wars universe feel gritty and real and not like some kid's fantasy world.
