Eat healthy foods ; water, exercise , no junk food, no processes foods, no fast foods, no soda; and no stress, and working out a lot , I know because I follow the same healthy protocol. Avoid desserts, avoid sugar, avoid liquid high caloric drinks , avoid breads , that's how , and a great & fast & healthy metabolism, no fake stuff . No fried foods. Avoid inflammation foods. Drink little or no dairy. No ice cream. Discipline. Intermittent fasting , too. No breakfast ; skip it. ❤

God I know my faith in you will get me through my hardships I’ve been facing with my sons as a single mother. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. Lord I’m trusting your plan but as I struggle to pay bills every month and as I struggle to buy groceries I ask that you give me strength.💕

I had a similar dream, of snakes....There was a neighbor woman hosting an art opening with frosted glass tiles hanging from the ceiling with etchings of various snakes.
Then I was in a house whose ceiling was covered in live snakes.

I literally had a crazy dream of a dragon. Leviathan actually. It was very detailed. I wrote it down and I know the interpretation and not sure what to do with it.
I don't know how to stop being in pain . Physical agony is one thing. But being betrayed- I can't stop hurting. I feel DESTROYED. I don't see Hope
You have hope in Jesus, who himself was betrayed and knows and understands your pain. Trust him, lean in to him and focus on him, not your pain. Forgiveness is a choice that you have to make every day, even if you don't feel it. It's yielding your pain to God and not wallowing in it. Forgiving doesn't mean you excuse the betrayal, but releases you from the bondage. To not forgive hurts only you. Prayers that God will comfort you and give you peace.🎉
Don’t be a slave to offense. God sees your pain and his spirit is your hope. Seek his face. I’m praying for you. May I suggest the Bait of Satan for further reading. God bless you🖤

I put on the full armor everyday !!
I had a dream not with dragons but with snakes....and as yourself Sister I knew too it was a warning. I saw myself with not 1 but 2 snakes wrapped around my waist, there was 1 green coloured snake and the other was a brown snakes, I knew the green was friendly it did not mean harm, it was friendly but as I grabbed its body and my hand slid on its head it scrapped my head funny thing I felt the scrape, the brown one I didn't feel safe having around and I knew it was poisonous I wanted off me but I couldn't grab it and take it off, so I had 2 snakes around my waist that I had no idea why. I woke up that morning feeling uneasy I prayed over this dream and gave it to the Lord. I got dressed and to my surprise I found a little cut on my knuckle on the same spot I had felt that snake scrape my hand😮 I definitely knew it was a warning and I kept praying over this through the week. Amazing message Lisa thank you for this beautiful message i know i did not find it by coincidence the Lord wants me to listen. God Bless you.❤

Before we go to sleep we need to ask that God our Heavenly Father send his warring angels of light to protect us as we sleep, putting on the full Armour of God and adding a fiery hedge of protection around us. I additionally ask that should any enemy attempt to come near that they be sent arrows dipped with the precious blood of Jesus to penetrate them! Spiritual warfare is real. I pray for you all.

Te enemy has attacked me for the last 4 years I had a stroke in 2020 that paralyzed my left side and my family abandoned me in the hospital during covid and now I'm stuck in a nursing home that refuses to give me physical therapy at 51, my brother took away my home and I'm fighting to find another place, but my heart is broken, most days I want to die
