- Thankfully this update isn't as large as the last one! I tried a new microphone and not too sure I'm happy with it, plus the auto-focus was going nuts - will keep experimenting!

Apologies for the auto-zoom in this, and I'm not entirely happy with the new microphone. Will keep experimenting!
What do you use to shoot video? Focus can be locked on any Android phone by just touching and holding the subject in the camera preview. The focus circle should turn yellow and display a lock icon next to it. At least that's what it looks like on my Galaxy S21.
@@Ohio.Gozaimasu indeed it can with the stock camera app. For this video I had to switch to a different camera app that supported external microphones - which was the real thing I was testing here - and I couldn't make the damn thing lock in the same way as the stock Android app. For a video I just shot for Heavy Metallurgy I worked out how to put it in manual mode, so that should fix it moving forward.
@@ExplosiveAction Manual (aka "pro") mode is always the way to go, if only just for the low ISO. I got a compact Canon camera a few years ago when I barely knew anything about shooting video and you can't set ISO to manual with that thing. As a result, everything shot in low light conditions just DROWNS in noise.

Blacklight was partly shot in Canberra which was fun to look out for. A truck comes out of an alley which is behind where the Terrace Bar was which was a legendary old venue that I saw many gigs at and smoked many bad things in that alley area

Radiance is putting out deluxe set of Bava’s Planet of the Vampires. That’s been a long time coming. I have the Viavision re-release of the Airport movies. Proving that there is little to no genre the Italians won’t rip off we need someone to release Ruggero Deodato’s Concorde Affair 79.
Yes mate! I already got Yakuza Wolf. Bodyguard Kiba is in my next list to order! Great titles from them. And I may as well upgrade Planet of the Vampires for a THIRD time on blu-ray haha.
