On the 31st of May, I couldn't sleep. And I got up at 6am on the 1st of June, so pumped to buy her album! The internet wouldn't work, and I was devastated! After walking around the house with the computer, I eventually found a place where it did work, and I was so excited as I pressed the 'buy' button :D ...maybe a bit over the top, but I was really excited :) And I was SO NOT disappointed :) I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!
So concerned about superficiality and yet your music and your presence are like windows to your soul. Since you can't be responsible for anyone but yourself, you just need to surround yourself with people like yourself so that you can enjoy what you do. The shallow and greedy and fake are lost in the game anyway. You will attract both musicians and fans who are like you. Brilliant work Missy.
