I would love to see more detail on how you did the diverted plate. I’m in Australia and want to build one of these. I have watched almost every one of your videos to get as much information as I can and enjoyed them all Keep them coming
Very nice. Mad skills. Thank you very much for taking the time to make and share the videos Hoping your business continues to flourish. Best wishes to you and your family for the holidays!
Just wanted to say thanks Allen for the video you and I think quite a like cause on my build, I was not sure how I would was going to make the Damper or air intake on my fire box, the slide was what I had in mind wasn't exact on how to do it my smoker is a reverse flow made out of 3/16 plate with main chamber 48 in across by 36 in deep octagon shape and a 20 by 20 cubed Firebox with a 20 x 20 by 48 inch upright centered on the back side of main chamber it will be mounted on a trailer when I'm done I might later add a propane log Berner really enjoy your videos keep them coming brother
Man I've seen several of your videos your are good at what you do. I wish you were here in the Atlanta area I would definitely be one of your customer's. Great job!
That plasma cuts like butter! Saves a lot of time too I’m sure. Was wondering if you was going to get one. It’ll pay for itself in no time from not having to use as much gas. It would be really cool if you could get some temperature gauges with your logo in them. That’d be 🔥
Hey Allen, I see your using your plasma more and more! If you want to save your hole saw some ware and tare, run your hole saw down just enough to scribe a nice circle then switch over to your plasma cutter. Saves on cutters and your time.
Great Video, Like the vertical smoker. nice work. Do you even have time for your regular job anymore or are you full time doing your channel??? I see you're using the Plasma cutter. what's you thoughts compared to the torch. you're very talented with both. was just wondering if you have any real preferences for either one... Thanks!
That must weigh a ton. Thank for the vertical, I can't see where the drain goes inside. I want to make one. How much for the plate of steel Allen? 500!
You're really good at these smokers Allen. Have you ever looked into a magnetic base portable drill press for your hole saw and drilling? They're really awesome, I've used one before and loved it.
@@andrewkennedy9704 I've got one, was a welder.... but in a business time is money, so if it did the job faster and better it's good for business no matter the price. It's an awesome tool and once you've had one it's hard to do without it.
@@SuperDave21 oh I agree but as I'm sure you've seen it took him a long time to get a plasma cutter so I doubt a mag drill will show up anytime soon. They are awesome however.
How much would a smoker like that cost in materials and labour? I've recently been thinking of having a smoker like this built as an investment and because I love smoked food, but I'm not much of a DIY man and would really appreciate it if I got an answer.
Glad to see you back. I enjoy watching you make grills and I committed about a smoker build
you are a very skilled craftsman. thank you for your effort. you seem to be working smarter, not harder. that is what we do. God bless.
Another great build your customer should be very happy with it. Keep your the great videos

I can’t wait to see you in a shop one day. I myself want a bigger shop. I’m like you and have to move stuff around all the time to run from the rain.
Man I am down here in. Ft. Lauderdale Fla. Just loveing what you are doing. Got to have one of those smokers. Please keep up the good work.
Looks great. Your work is stellar. The valve is probably for a PID temperature controller fan set up.
Another great build, that's awesome
Good to see the torch skills translated over the Plasma just fine. Cool Build
Does the firebox have to be a certain size on a vertical smoker for correct draft?
Very nice. Mad skills. Thank you very much for taking the time to make and share the videos Hoping your business continues to flourish.

Good work dude
On 1\4 in. Plate I usually use a hole saw just enough to make a groove, then cut the hole with the plasma cutter
Man you are awesome
Great video...
Молодец!!!
Красота!!!

U 1 talented feller

Of course ya know I liked it brother,,I just really like the pride ya put into each build and dont come across with any ego,,
You do awesome work. One question would you show how & where abouts the drain is welded. Thank you sir.
Sweet!
When did you get the plasma cutter? I've always seen you using a torch. Nice smoker, man.
Good work, nice smoker. What do you think of the plasma?
Allen, is there a magic number to the firebox to cook chamber size ratios? For example should the fire box be a 1/4 of the cook chamber?
You're really good at these smokers Allen. Have you ever looked into a magnetic base portable drill press for your hole saw and drilling? They're really awesome, I've used one before and loved it.
Those are not cheap. We have one at work and is awesome but the price I think keeps it out of a lot of people's hands.

How do you like that new welding and plasma set up
Can you please do a video on the folding table fabrication bud?
Even with a straight edge I can't cut a straight line....must be the 60 cups of coffee I drink each day.
WTG with the plasma Allen hope you like it?
Alan, how many man hours do you have logged in building one of these?
I won’t one so bad, here in Canada they want limbs for one half as good,...
You make some nice smokers, are those galvanized treys inside the smoker and if so can't they make you sick by cooking food with them
