Wow I feel your pain as going through emotional torment myself, regrets, sadness and digestive and nerve issues. Cry out to God. Don't loose hope. Hope is all we have to get us through another day. Detox, lots of water, eat clean food and meditate and try infra red therapy if u have access to.

I need to share this!! Last night I was listening to this until I get asleep.. (sorry my English) I was dreaming a weird things.. So i was in my dream like listening a voice, some kind of prayer it was really weird.. So i wake up like 6 am whith the words very clear in my head and i write them in a hurry.. There’s definitely a reason i know its been years bu t theres always a reason. Took me years to realize i was just so terrified of school specifically because of an abusive ex that go got anxious before school causing me to throw up so i stopped eating breackfast then it started lasting all school day so i stopped eating lunch and because i was eating so little i got diarrhea a lot and tmy stomach was hurting due to the over production of acid and the poop pains.
I ended up on an acid pill and zoloft. But instead of medicating the problem i shouldve left the problem and i did eventually. No more acid unless im mad, really depressed, or stressed/anxious a long time

I had an awesome day my mood was really good and I was expecting something good to happen, I just knew, cuz I was on such a high vibration. I came from a great meeting which might open some doors and to a letter from the landlord saying that they will be reducing the rent next year. It makes me feel good for about 2 seconds and stops the craving, but then I start panicking knowing my body can't take any more. I'm scared, and worried that I might not be able to stop. I'm scared that my willpower might never be strong enough to overpower this monstrous thing. This music is the only thing that is helping. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for it. I live alone and I also work from home through the phone and it can get tense. After work I usually feel wiped out and too tired or listless to go outside. Of course I kept getting sick. Whenever I had to work among a group I was happy and full of health and enthusiasm. Nowadays, at home working, I enjoy perfect health and my productivity has grown. I feel fresh and ready to take on the out of doors. I am also 67.
Very strange! I have been pet sitting an extremely anxious dog, for an elderly friend who is hospital, and it follows me absolutely everywhere, constantly getting under my feet.
