Guys, you are always so thorough with your work. But I'm surprised that you didn't mention to the Customer that those solar panels were "filthy" and needed a clean. Plus, their electricity bill would benefit (you probably did 😉 but didn't show it in the video clip) But all jokes aside, I'm surprised that you don't have a solar power employee - you appear to have everything else covered. Well done again finding the solution. You guys are so caring and a credit to the industry. (You would make a MINT of money here in Australia)!! Stay safe. 👍👍

But sure there must be if there is evidence of rat droppings. Now I am aware rat droppings and urine are a health hazard so I assume the installation would have to be replaced and the whole loft space sanitised.

damn. i wish they made special safety equipment for going on roofs. I am so scared of heights I couldn't even sit on the bleachers at this car race thing they had down South and I kept telling my boys to be careful while they laughed at me. My mother instinct kicks in when I see people on roofs and I just want to tell people to get down from there. I even did some roofing when I was a teenager with my Uncle and turned my homing pigeons loose from the roofs so they'd be waiting when I got back. Y'all please find some way to use bungees or something.

the attic in the apartment building that I live in is full of rats. They're getting in from the tree that's growing outside into the attic.
The landlord isn't doing anything about it, I've told them about it in August. It's now November....

      Do THIS:
Look up your local health department inspector and get email, what’s the last name and mailing address… This is all public record and if you can’t find it call them and get it but it should be easily accessible for all people ...
File a suit against the landlord in all claims court. Use your rent money to do so if you need to! The clerk of court should have the forms and if you don’t have the money to pay the filing fees for small claims court you can fill out what is called an “indigency financial application packet” to waive the filing fees which are approximately $200-$250 for small claims court I think...You can even withhold rent because of this but you will need to include that written in this Motion. I would also ask for it to be an “Expedited Motion” because the landlord is breaking the law because this is a health issue and these types of rodents carry deadly diseases. make sure it has the. Certificate of Service” included or attached with his full name and mailing address and you’re responsible for mailing him a copy. You will need to it “Certified Mail” and pay for the Return Receipt.”
If you don’t want to take him to Court just yet you can send a letter stating That you will be withholding rent until the problem has been completely remediated! Make sure to include Cc: with the Health Department And or the Inspectors name and ensure you mail a Certified copy to them as well.
Keep receipts of everything ranging from gas to and from past office (mileage I mean plus gas receipts ) and Amy receipts you have for anyone expenses of bait (peanut butter) to the $35-50 electronic traps or whatever it is you purchase to remediate the issue on your own as he will be forced to deduct
From your rent or reimburse you (small claims court or the Judge will enforce this) be sure to read up on your County or City’s “Lanlord Tenant Laws!”
      I hope this helps!! 🧐🙏🎃🍂🍁☺️🤑
