When we first moved into our house, mice would come in kitchen. Found out they were coming up under the sink area, using drain pipe as a highway (sealed gap cabinet drain pipe with foam). Also had a six foot rat snake in laundry room open rafter corner. Kept finding snake skins outside in this certain area. Took off siding above block area, builders set a steel beam on blocks and never sealed around beam and siding people just went over it. We got a block that wasn't as deep as other ones and mortared hole. Snake was hunting for mice in house using steel beam as a highway! They were living between the ceiling in basement and upstairs floors! Put copper mesh in corner trim of siding bottoms. Sealing up every open space in blocks (mortar) and outside. So far so good. You guys are the best! Ty for us frustrated homebuyers!

Even if both roof tubes pass the sniff test do you still block them off anyway because even if they weren’t being used by the rats they still may in the future ?
I think I got mice going into my dormer. Like from the underside that faces down from the “flap” of roof shingles hanging over the window (not sure of the name of it). Can they get in there too? I saw some twigs sticking out and I’m guessing they’re in my upstairs attic too.

The other pest control companies aren't licensed roofers and they don't do drywall, so they can only do so much. The Twins are not just a pest control company. They're a 1 stop shop. They do roofing, drywall, hvac, plumbing, electrical, insulation, pest etc... so there's a huge difference

I wish I could find a company this good in my area. I have mice In my attic and hired someone who threw blocks up there and said it will make them go away but not kill them. After doing research, this doesn’t sound right??

For all this video and expertise, I'm still lost--what was the point of entry in this house? Was there evidence that the roof vents were the problem? Really didn't follow the purpose of blowing smoke or what the team concluded from that.
The crawl space cover was left open. This allowed the rats to enter into the home.

What are you referring to? Your video pertains to an attic, not a crawlspace. And at 14:14, you claim you're going to use an "anti-climb solution", but provide zero sources, examples or evidence of it. Rats can enter attics via tree limbs in contact with the roof/home (and many other ways.) You're being extremely disingenuous by ignoring this fact and suggesting some unproven method to stop unwelcome rats entering a home merits scrutiny. CZcams takes false claims like this very seriously.

We don’t do a lot of exterior rat control, which to be honest bait boxes etc are not the most effective for controlling because of the safe abundance of food sources that rats know they have.
Twin home experts- please keep in mind that many many essential oils are incredibly toxic to our feline family members 🐈 if a customer has cats and they go in and out that could kill them. I'm talking very very small amounts of pure essential oils can kill them via getting on their paws and then them cleaning. Even essential oil diffusers in the house can make them very sick. I know you can't keep everyone's cats in mind but also if someone doesn't have cats but there's a lot of cats in the neighborhood, I would opt out of that treatment and use another. Hopefully you love cats because too many people couldn't give a shit. Thanks for reading 🙂

You always try and pump your smoke in the clean out which makes sense bc rats coming from sewer.
How do you ensure smoke goes into home plumbing and not just out to sewer or does it do both?
How did you determine which pipe to use for smoke test since there was no clean out?

I've seen them put an inflatable bladder into the main sewer outlet to stop the smoke going that way, in other videos.
