The red one doesn’t do anything except give you the red balloon. You just have to get it before they leave. The black clown wants the balloon and if you don’t give them one, they will end your run.
I noticed you harvest all the plants first and then made another round to plant new ones. Is it not possible to plant and water a plant directly after harvesting it by holding down F and Space?
