It would be nice to have an area that had a little ‘coffee update’ space in a corner. I like the feel of the sun porch for coffee and updates... I hope the homey feel stays for those more intimate conversation videos. Studio looks great overall!
Great idea using the “scooter pads” under the legs of your new table! I have them under my clunky sofa and moving it is a breeze!

Heated kitty beds! Oo lala fancy. Loved the raising table in the studio! And such a nice variety of succulents. Maybe plan a corner with small couch, and area rug for kiddos to play.

Hi Laura-how we missed you guys, but I know that we were all just as happy that you and your family were able to get a few days of downtime! 😀 Did you ever think of having the shelving units, or a few of them, come out from the wall into the room, maybe just the far side wall underneath the heat and cooling control? It would help utilize more of the space, give you more room, and save you from “wall-itis “! 😲🙂

A pretty antique armoire for all the camera storage would be beautiful!
Take a look at the Rubbermaid track system for all of your garden tools. We have them everywhere in our garage and it is absolutely one of the best decisions we made for organization in the area.
Those are the days in you pjs with your kids that you never forget, and take the chance to enjoy!
For the cameras you could get a Ruggard electronic dry cabinet. It controls moisture level. We have one and like it so far.

I guess it's been an organizing week. My husband and I had ours and made the guest room into now my crafting room. He also got me a temporary greenhouse that will be our project next weekend😁
I love the feeling of having a bright, new space to fill up with ideas and projects. So many possibilities! (And no mess to clean up....yet.)

Love the table, and you can add locking wheels to that for ease of moving. I like to organize after Christmas, it feels good going into the new year with less mess.

The new room looks so lovely and functional. You can always add wheels to any of your tables, shelves, etc. I think the name you were trying to remember is a garage apron.
You have inspired me to get an area set up in my house organized specifically for planting! Is there a temperature range that you would recommend using for a planting area? With snow on the ground, organizing a space won’t make the winter seem so long! Glad you took some time off to enjoy Christmas with your family!

Didi - thanks for the link. I’ve been using busboy bins from Sam’s. They work well because they hold a lot, but I like the lower lip in the front on the one you posted.
I had been looking for one for ages up here in Canada, but no one was selling them, not shipping to Canada or a prohibited cost....but I found one on Facebook Marketplace for $15.00!!!! Score, so happy.
@@didisinclair3605 I found the same one as this link shows and I think they are great. I also found some from HomeDepot that appear to be just a bit smaller and I'm not sure how sturdy they would be. I think the one from Greenhouse Megastore is the way to go.

I have never been into scculents but you are enticing me big time! I have a outdoors living wreath of sempervivums and a few in the ground but that's all. Watching you plant or pot plants up is so satisfying to me when I can't myself for whatever reason. Thank you Laura & Aaron!

I see what you mean; though feel there are a bunch of different shelving types and colored wood...which is perhaps why they are wanting to make it more cohesive. Im sure that's the result of trying different systems til they find what works best for them. I like the black shelves with their new floors and new console from Aaron. Also so much better when they moved them to the back wall. Did you just love that he surprised her with it?! What a precious new memory! G-d bless!

Great seeing your new studio coming together. Definitely a lot less echo now that the plants are installed. Getting the barn organized is a big plus. No-one likes these tidying jobs but it saves so much time later. Well worth the effort.

Rearranging the plant shelves was a good idea. It draws you in to the room. Teamwork and caring about your partner's need, what a great partnership. Echo is already diminishing even before the sound panels installed.... :-) Love and blessings to you and Aaron!
