  • Traeger smoked corn is what we are doing today. So many Traeger recipes call for smoked corn on the cob that has been shucked. Why not leave the husk right on so you can do what the Traeger does best. Set it and forget it. NO flipping, babysitting or lid opening. I will also give you 3 different ways to cook this TRAEGER smoked corn on the cob. 1) Simple salt and butter 2) Salt, butter and some hot sauce 3) Mexican street corn w/ crema sauce! YUM!

    Great video! Lots of helpful info. and tips.
    BTW, it's COTIJA (Coe Tee Ha.), not COJITA. It took me 2 years to remember the correct way. Cojeetah was what I called it.

    Hit that corn with a squeeze of fresh lemon wedge- your welcome! Mix butter and mayo or on the one with the cream sauce

    I am disappointed i have to search for a rub recipe.. and the smoke setting is not on my traeger.. what temp is that? Bummed

      I'm in Madison County. I have tried the peaches and cream awhile ago, but honestly i had forgotten all about it. I'll have to see if i can still find some.

      Are you speaking on behalf of all Mexicans? I have eaten my share of mexican food in my life and a whole lot of sour cream has been a part of the dish.
