So I stopped taking caffeine but my sleep sucks I think I have some sort of insomnia (thats why I started taking caffeine in the first place). But its annoying feeling tired af when I wake uo in the morning and having to do things like training somewhat tired.

@@justdaniel8239 Dont look at your phone or at least turn your brightness all the way down before bed. Sleep in as dark a room as you can manage. Make sure you get aboit 8 hours of sleep or 9 if you are younger than 21. Im 19 and 8 hours doesn't rest me.

Caffeine saturation has nothing to do with the daily dose, FDA says south of 400 milligrams for healthy adults. Doesnât matter if it takes 100 liters or .001 liters, itâs still 400 milligrams daily

The point is if it's 400mg/1liter and your drink is .25L , your drink only contains 100mg of caffeine.

I think if you take energy drinks when you didnât sleep much or have a lot to do, then itâs fine. I think if you become dependent on them and have one every day, then thatâs when it becomes a problem. Iâm 17. I drink maybe 2-3 energy drinks a month and I take pre workout everyday except for when I have an energy drink and I think thatâs fine, just like anything else, donât be stupid with it.

500mg is the recommended max not to be confused with 500mg a liter. 2 bangs will set you past that by 100mg. One of the funniest things I find is how people flock toward Red Bull for a pick me up but the stand Red Bull can has as much caffeine in it as a 20oz bottle of Mountain Dew.

Keep in mind that the highest dose of caffeine drinks at the end are very low in serving size, so while they do have the highest content of caffeine. The actual serving size is probably comparable to thatt, if not less, of a Red Bull.
