James is one of my FAVORITE books in the Bible, and I'm SO excited to be doing this series! ✨What verse(s) stood out to you from chapter 1?
James 1:19 is a good one for me to reflect on- It is one i read and write many mornings, to try to remember to follow throughout the day. With a busy family of small children, I have to try to be patient, slow to anger, and listen to everyone's needs! Too many times I am not! This verse definitely helps put me in my place 🤣

I was raised Catholic and was taught that Mary was a virgin her whole life and Jesus has zero siblings. I’m not longer Catholic, I don’t have a religion I have a relationship with God and got saved about two and a half years ago and im still learning and growing in Gods truth. This book amazing and I can’t wait to go deeper into it❤️

I advise you to find a good church preaching the gospel of Jesus correctly brother. I highlighted this "the Gospel of Jesus " because there are lots of churches that are NOT preaching the Jesus of the Bible.

I’m going through a very tough trial in my life right now. I randomly scrolled through the Bible and landed on James 1. I can’t help but think that God allowed me to read this verse to help alleviate my worries. I’m fighting hard to not give into doubt. Please pray for me that I find wisdom and not doubt God working in my life.

I’m so glad you’ve allowed god in your life, I use to have a lot of demons surrounding me forcing me to stay at my lowest, but since I’ve been praying more I’ve been so happy inside and I’m glad I’ve found you to help decode some of the things I fail to understand. 💚

Verses 16-17 stood out to me during this study because I saw it in a new perspective..Sometimes a trial is a blessing from God.

Looking forward to this study. I like the way you explained verse 24. We look to the bible for direction, encouragement and wisdom. We read it then fail to apply it to our lives. Thank you for all your studies. Daily practice helps make perfect even if it won't be here on earth.

Thank you so much for this video. All of us as Christians hear the word of God from time to time and it applies directly to what we're going through at that moment in our lives. This video was one of those instances for me. So again I thank you for making this video and keep up good work. One note that the Holy Spirit touched me on that I feel to encourage everyone to pray about was the use of the Enneagram. Prior to coming to Christ I dabbled in a lot of New Age-participating in both known and unknown tools/practices of the occult.
I was led to look into what the Enneagram is and how it is used and it appears that many Christians/churches are using this tool but may not be aware that it has roots in the occult.

Good morning 😀 I just discovered your channel so I am behind and trying to catch up on your videos ☺️ I really appreciate you tubers that are not just all about makeup, clothes, working out. Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy those things too but there’s deeper meaning to life than those surface things. Talking about the Bible and how we can apply it in our everyday life, brings us true inner joy ❤️ I really like James 1:13 because it helps us to see that God never tempts us or causes our trials. Some people believe he does but there’s a big difference between causing something and allowing it. He would never cause or be the source of our trials but he may allow it in order to work out and build our faith. That’s my two cents for today ☺️

Im really trying to find a mindset of living for Jesus. It’s so easy to get lost in worldly things or “treasures” when God tells us in his word to not store up treasures on earth because this isn’t our home. We are so often deceived into thinking that “things” in life will make us happy or fulfilled but time and time again God tells us that’s not it. I really would love to enjoy every gift from god without striving for something new all the time. Gods gifts to us are always blessing whether or not they are material things.

Awesome video!! The verse that stands out the most verse 26. I don’t use bad language a lot, but every once in a while I slip. I find sometimes I speak without even thinking. I have caught myself at times using language that I am not proud of and immediately feel bad and pray and ask god to forgive me and to help me to slow down and think before I speak. This was a great video! I have been looking at Bible studies that break things down and easy to understand. I prayed and asked god to open my heart and help me understand before starting this video and it helped!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for broadcasting this video. I am always being deceived through my conscience, which makes me look like a failure. This video of your teaching, gave me a sense of spiritual awareness & made me realize that it was not so. Thanks for making the scriptures very clear to me. I’m reading the King James Bible along with you I’m planning on getting a ESV today but it’s actually a really good read in both versions thanks for doing these Bible studies I think it’s really good that young Christians like us in our 20 and teens can come on here and have Bible studies together from all over the world God knows what he’s doing 🙏🏻🙌🏻

I just joined you recently and I'm reading the book of James, the verse that stood out to me was Count it all joy, brethens when you encounter various trials- verse 2.. this has helped me pull through thoughts and situations.
