I'm excited, a friend of my fathers gave him 2 decent sized beehives because he was moving and didn't want to take them with so next spring, he's gonna try his hand at keeping bees, we'll see how it goes.

Hey Coyote, did you know that when bumblebees are pollenating, they are so busy pollenating that they do not care if they're being touched? I've tried this experiment and I've never been stung in my whole life! 😀
I love honey bees, they are so cute ☺️ my bud does bee keeping and gave me the experience of what he does day too day. It’s such an enjoyable experience, no surprise the guy is nothing but full of sweet honey. Just so happy and wholesome. I always enjoy watching honey bee videos, thank you for this!

It was nice to see a bee keeper that cared so much for his bees, it seems a lot in the industry don't treat them well like in other industries involving animals.
I treat my bees well. I care more about the health and colony growth. if I take care of them then they will work well for me.

Oh my gosh, this was such a great video. Probably one of my favorites so far. The bees are so cute and I love the fact that these particular bees are so incredibly docile and love to be gently touched. How precious. The beekeeper also seemed to be very wholesome, sweet and passionate. That honey also looked delicious. Most would be afraid, but I’m actually super jealous. 🐝🍯✨

I don't mind these one bit :) bees are cool, it's wasps I can't handle! This brings up my question... I have some flowering plants around my house. I eliminated a couple wasp nests near these plants, and since then I've seen way more honey bees and bumble bees. Is this coincidence or do they not like to be around those wasp jerks?

This reminds me of "The Bee Lady", Erika Thompson. She does rescue/relocation of hives. I don't know how, but she does it without a bee suit. :)

This is completely off-topic from the video but I just want to say that I really appreciate your content. I learned so much from it that I was able to apply some of what I learned during an emergency today.
My brother was bitten by ants, not sure which ones, after sitting at a curbside. While we were driving home at night, he was telling me he was feeling really itchy everywhere. After a few minutes, he cranked up the AC and said he was feeling hot and his face was swelling. Using the knowledge I learned from this channel, I immediately knew that this was a bad allergic reaction and began driving fast. I stayed calm because I know this is a trip to the ER. I know that if the swelling gets worse, it can block up his airways. When I saw his face, it looked like it was melting. I couldn’t recognize his face. Thankfully, we were able to act fast and managed to get medicine for his reaction. This comment might get buried but I just wanted to get it out there and show my appreciation

You can literally pick up European honey bees in your hand if you're careful, pretty useful for moving bees that get trapped indoors. Also once had a small wild honeybee colony in the back garden and they never stung anyone, even if I did end up with a bee on my face a couple times.
