    ---------------------------------------------
Power Apps model-driven apps are web-based applications built on your data model - think along the lines of a CRM system, or something you might have built with Access or any other database software - but with a full drag and drop interface, no code experience, that results in a fully accessible and responsive app. This video takes you through the core concepts of model driven apps, including tables (entities), columns (fields), views, forms and relationships - what they are, how they make up the app and how to build them. I also show you how to create a business process flow for your app, to guide the user through the steps and stages of a process.
    0:00 - Introduction
0:18 - What is a model-driven app? (overview and demo)
4:48 - Microsoft Dataverse and out of the box tables
    6:55 - Create a solution

12:00 - Create views and forms
    15:33 - Create relationships
    18:32 - Create a Business Process Flow
    22:00 - Create a model-driven app from your solution
23:51 - Play and test your app and add data

I watched a fair few tutorials, and finally, this is what I was after. I liked how you showed what the app would look like/end result right at the start, so while building it, it all made sense. Very good tutorial, thanks! :)

Thanks Lisa ! The content was crisp and concise , exactly what I have been looking for. There are lots of video content on Canvas apps out there but not many for model-driven approach. The MS documentation for model-driven apps felt a bit confusing too; watching this video helped put all the pieces together. Looking forward to more detailed content on each of the components (Forms, Views, Dashboards, BPFs etc)

Hi @lisa, you are excellent. I had absolutely no clue about model driven apps, and had to search youtube for 100s of videos, but finally I found a life saver in you! thank you so much and I am looking forward to more content from you. I also would like a video on how to create PowerApp Portals. Pls advice.

Thanks so much, very glad you found my channel and found what you were looking for here. I haven't done much with portals in the past, but with the change of them announced this week to become Power Pages I'm definitely getting into them. Stay tuned.

Hi Lisa, thank you for the video. It was a great starting point. I have two questions regarding making a report in Power Apps Model Driven Apps. 1. In your example, if I would like to have a report that shows something like an order report where the report consists of two main sections: the header information related to the order and the line items of equipment. 2. How do I add a barcode or a QR code to the order report using an order number field (auto generated number) of the order record? Any directions/suggestions would be great.

Thanks Srikanth. I will do one on the LinkedIn integration for CRM, but there isn't an integration for other social media, unless you're using Omnichannel customer service or you can use the Power Platform connectors

Thank you!, it helped me a lot to understand. unfortunately even paid courses did not help to understand as this video did. Precisely how a beginner needs.

Brilliant, thanks! Do you have a video on importing from Excel? I'm trying to import a table containing budget data and have it link to another table which is Master Data, but it doesn't work!
