HOW TO MAKE THE BEST FISH ROLLS STEP BY STEP

IN THIS VIDEO I SHOWED HOW TO MAKE THE BEST NIGERIAN FISH ROLLS STEP BY STEP
INGREDIENTS:
FILLING:
Mackerel fish
Salt
Pepper
Season Powder
Thyme
Onions Powder
Bell peppers
Spring Onions
Onions
Lemon
Ginger
Garlic
Oil
DOUGH:
4 cups of Flour (500g)
Tsp of Baking Powder
Tbsp of Sugar
1/2 tbsp of Salt
The Zest of one Lemon for flavor (use any flavor of your choice)
One egg
8 tbsp Margarine or Butter (113 g)
Water (the amount of water depends on the humidity of your location)

Well seasoned and baked fish. The addition of lemon juice to the filling, lemon zest to the dough and infusing the onion in the oil will give the fish roll a unique flavor. Both methods are nicely made and the end result looks very Yummylicious with the tea. Job well done

Nigerians like mackerel a lot😜😁. Here in US I taught my Nigerian Yoruba friend to eat other fish. I'm from Suriname, South America. Our fish roll is made with sea bass, whitening, butter fish or cod. But this, one looks good too.😁😁
