Ingredients (2 persons):
for the chicken:
- salt & pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- olive oil
for the sauce:
- 1 big onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups of baby spinach
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 100 ml cooking cream
- paprika
- oregano & basil
- salt & pepper
