People who commission or buy these properties often have made money from all kinds of ventures: generational wealth, family businesses, investments, money laundering, oh and DON'T FORGET foreign embezzlement - you name it. And now they want to make a gaudy reality TV show out of it to tell people like you and me how great they've got it selling these ostentatious, gaudy properties to the highest bidder. Meanwhile, people are living on tents in the streets or worse, renting a condo along with 9 other people in it. Suuure, it's not their fault we can't afford to buy homes (or is it) but hey, whatever makes great TV right?

Bro! Luxe Listing Toronto is a major letdown compared to Luxe Listing Sydney. The Sydney show was incredible, but Toronto's version is nowhere near as good, no energy in show. Very disappointing. Can't wait to watch Gavin, Simon, D Leane and Monika in action again. I hope to watch the Luxe Listing Sydney season 4 soon.

I could not watch this. You have selected the worst time for this show. People are in extreme anxiety in Canada due to the current man-made crisis. Perhaps the show is great but, I am not going to watch it. I prefer "Fallout", entertaining not torture.

Why hate the show? I am a blue collar average man who will most likely live a simple life for the rest of my life which I am pretty content with. I also appreciate a show that lets us have a glance at another wolrd of rich people and how they live ...to be honest my appreciation for simple life I am living now even grew after watching the show. I don't think I would want be in those agents shoes...
It's because we're in the middle of a housing crisis here in Canada, (especially Southern Ontario here) and Amazon thought it was smart to show a bunch of rich losers gawk at a sink faucet not being the exact color/shape they wanted.
It's completely tone deaf and being used to influence citizens as if it's not so bad there.
The middle class (Trudeau says the lower class doesn't exist..) just wants affordability (since everything has gone up exponentially in recent years, outpacing average salaries which have only crawled forward), as shows like this hurt the actual reality of what the majority of Canadians are facing.
If you want, I can go even further into detail as to how we got into this situation in the first place, but the bottom line is that this show is very tone deaf.

Most tone deaf show in the most expensive place to live in Canada (other than Vancouver that is). The economy (and overall housing market) are godawful right now, and this show is trying to dissuade the obvious from its viewers. So silly.
