Nothing like a decent piece of euipment good buy.
Just started using my G0771Z a few days ago. The fence was had a bent piece on it and I couldn't get the fence to tighten. I got it working, but Grizzly is sending me a replacement part in February of 2024 when they have them. I will also upgrade the blade very soon. All in all, love the new saw. Been using a Craftsman for nearly 20 years. Good saw, but I was ready.

Upgrading the blade is a smart move and can make a big difference in performance. If you haven't decided on a blade yet, try Freud or CMT (I use Freud Heavy Rip and CMT 80 teeth).

Does this not have cabinet mounted trunion? Why is it a hybrid. Busy bee says cabinet mounted
Hi. You are right. It has cabinet mounted trunnions. Busybee markets this as a cabinet saw, grizzly markets this as a hybrid saw.

How do you like it so far? Im thinking about pulling the trigger on this saw.
For the price, it can’t be beaten. It can be tuned to be very precise (have a read thru the grizzly manual online to get an idea of how many options you have to tune this thing up).
One quibble I have is: this does not have overhead dust collection.
