@@holychrist1465 Its been around longer than 2010. Indiana Jones the Last Crusade off the top of my head. The bad guy literally tells him "dont trust anyone" and then at the end of the movie says "i told you not to trust anyone". its not a new twist. but shit, it does make me feel old as fuck.

This is why I watch your videos instead of actually watching these movies.
I remember going to see this in theaters with my dad. Both of us thought it was going to be a much more action oriented movie. Probably about 1/4 of the way in I started to feel disappointed that it clearly wasn't. By the end though I was quite pleased with the film. The little action there is does seem highlighted by everything else being slower.
That’s why you don’t waste your money and just watch it at home

Actually, I climaxed several times when I saw this in a darkened theater. Unfortunately, I did not have a date and was watching it alone !
Great film but the book is even better. He's not an assassin but a master gunsmith making weapons for assassins.

This was a great movie in my opinion. People get to used to Jason Borne and Jack Reacher but this is far more accurate. The spy business isn’t as crazy as you think.

The best way to be accurate on spy and espionage business, is like how green berets spends like years to assign location and intermingle with locals like either volunteers or rouge medics while collecting info and training people to be armed and ready for conflicts

I think people are hating on this movie because they want the typical hitman, John Wick, Jason Bourne super killer movie. I think this one is more realistic. It's not an action movie about a super assassin. It's a movie about human regrets , mistakes, and penitence.
What an unfortunate end for Mathilda. I guess she really learned how to clean after all.

I've seen over the years some very accurate rifles made from surplus sporterized military rifles, off the shelf Walmart hunting rifles. Most people don't realize that you can take a cheap bolt action rifle and turn it into something you can easily put shots in a small circle at 400-500 yards with minimal effort and money. The one place to spend money, a good scope, even an entry level Leupold will do. I had a sporterized Swedish M96 Mauser that was made in 1900 that would shoot amazing groups well out past 100 yards with open sights. I once owned a H & R Handi Rifle .308, a gun that was about $300 new at the time. I free floated the stock and put on a Leupold Vari-X II 2-7 power scope that I got used. That gun shot as well as some of the nicer bolt actions I had.

He saved her just to kill her w/o hesitation bc of the possibility of a blown cover but then went to the only guy that actually knew about him, trying to figure out how he was found, even taking a location to go to from the guy. And didn't think to kill him. 🤔 Is he a cautious person or just a dick for killing his gf? 😂 😂

6:59 - no trained gunman would walk around like that. Long lever arm, lots of bouncing, no possibility of claiming you weren't holding a weapon if someone sees you, easy to grab if someone's waiting around a corner, etc., etc.

My headcanon is that he only passed out. Clara drove him to the nearest hospital and he survived. Then they banged happily ever after

I mean he should have suspected his handler the very first time he got found out, hes the only one who keeps track of him. He even used another assasin to pin his location.
He did suspect him, so much so that he ignored orders almost immediately.
