      Have you managed to export it? If the rops or file cache nodes don't work in the free version, you can try the following thing:
      Make a right mouse button click in the last node in your geometry tree (after the uvlayout).
      Try in the pop up "Save -> Geometry ...
      Does this work?

    Hi, when I set up the UV flatten in Houdini, the UV display of my banana is upside down, and I would like to find a solution to this.

    hi Thank you so much for your fantastic tutorial ! I'm currently using houdini 19.0.383 and there is a node called uvunwrap. I'm a little curious if I could use that node to unwrap the uv!

      Thanks for your feedback. Which Painting Application for your UDIMs workflow would you like to see together in the Houdini Workflow? Any preferences?

    Hi, I did the steps but the UV is not showing on the box. (grayed grids
    with letters) used UV unwrap and UV quick shade node And how to tell
    if your imported free obj statue in houdini has UV or not? Thanks!

    • @pixeltrain3d
      @pixeltrain3d  Před 3 lety

      Hi Jason,
      You can check if you have UVs with the middle Mousebutton the the File-Node. Is there a UV attribute?

    • @jasonjin3518
      @jasonjin3518 Před 3 lety

      @@pixeltrain3d I did that now and "UV attribute" didn't show up so UI added the UV unwrap and UV quick shade. How do I make sure that the UVs are also on the inside faces in the statue after voronoi fracture? Is it the use of loop node? thanks!

    Great tutorial many thanks. Your English is fantastic but just to help you: sew is actually pronounced like so, and suite is pronounced like sweet. Doesn't make any sense, I know :)
