Thank you a lot for sharing information bro John. Your sharing info is very useful and valuable for international students. Please keep creating videos about Finland's education knowledge.
Thanks, more diverse videos are coming soon. 🇫🇮
Thank you so much for sharing. We appreciate
Thank you for your kind words! Your feedback inspires me to create more videos for you all. Feel free to share the videos and the channel as much as you like. The potential for growth helps me continue maintaining and further developing the channel. This allows me to cover the channel's expenses for software.
@@JohnofFinland291 OK Mr John I will
Thank you so much for your video. It is quite informational and insightful, this definitely set the ground for my research. I wish you could give list of employers who have potential to offer apprenticeship in practical nursing while I study. I hope to see you in Finland someday. Nähdään pian!
Hello, thank you for your kind words! Making a video about potential employers is an excellent idea. I could also create a video on where to search for jobs and explore apprenticeship opportunities. If I knew which country you are from or where you currently reside, it would be easier to tailor my responses.
In Finland, and at various educational institutions, there are sometimes country-specific campaigns targeting professions such as practical nurses and/or registered nurses. From what I understand, these often involve certain fees. Starting an apprenticeship and looking for a job from abroad can indeed be a daunting task. You would likely need to apply for a work residence permit, which can be more challenging to acquire than a study permit that allows you to work up to 30 hours per week.
Once you secure a place to study or a job, we will definitely see each other here. Perhaps I'll even meet you at the airport! 😉
@@JohnofFinland291Thank you for your time and response, I am from Nigeria and actually I am aware of such schools that have Agencies in Nigeria like TAKK but their fee is outrageously high! If possible I prefer the job route via apprenticeship while studying withoutnecessarily involving agents. I understand that immigration process can be quite challenging and I'm confident I can navigate it. I look forward to more of your videos. Thanks for always sharing.
@@adijatadedokun Thank you once again! The largest groups of followers on my channel appear to be foreigners already in Finland, along with individuals from countries like Nigeria, while the rest are spread across the globe.
I understand your point, and indeed, anything is possible with proper planning and preparation. Also, keep various options open, as one door may lead to another opportunity.
I have many different topics in mind for videos, and I will be making them. It's great to receive ideas from followers, as it allows me to try and create videos on the topics they suggest.
Thank you for this information.
You’re welcome!
Thank you for the video..is this for international students or just for people living in Finland? I would like to apply
Hello, did you have the opportunity to watch the entire video carefully? I explain everything in the video, and it is also detailed in the video description. For more detailed instructions and information, please refer to the school websites.
Please Mr John am really interested in this sector..i am a Nurse Assistant already and i would like to gain more skills...How can someone find employers..if you can help in the list of employers that can help with apprenticeship training..i would appreciate it.

I am from Nigeria and currently resides in Nigeria
I have contacted several schools and learned that it is not possible to directly apply for an apprenticeship position from outside the EU. I will likely address this in a future video. The schools request that you contact a local agent in your home country. It appears that the matter is related to the residence permit.
Thanks for the update
I am interested in Finland
Thank you
You’re welcome!
Thank you for the information, I'm interested in practical nurse, but I don't have experience in health care, please how do I go about it,? watching from Nigeria, please reply
Hello, please, I have introduced all possible schools for nursing assistant training in the videos. Please take a look at the videos and the websites featured in them. You will find the necessary information there.
Good evening, how do I get apprenticeship in finland before I can apply for the practical nurse program in esedu vocational school. Please help me out.
Hello, please inquire directly about the school via email.
Hi you could try searching on Google with the keywords "English speaking daycare in Finland". Contact the daycares directly, and perhaps one of them might offer you a job.
Hello.. where and how to apply sir ? May i ask if there are employer to shoulder all the expenses ? Ang there is and age limit ? Thank you and god bless always ❤️👼🍀
Hello, you will need to pay for expenses such as flight tickets, clothing, food, accommodation, phone, internet, car, and other living expenses yourself. Education is free, and there are no application or tuition fees. For a one-year stay, you must have at least 6,720 euros available in your own account. However, I highly recommend having significantly more. 😇
can i apply from outside eu
Hello dear friend,
Did you carefully watch the video? All the necessary information is mentioned in the video and on the school websites. My accent may be strongly Finnish, but it is possible to enable automatic subtitles for the video.
Can apply International student?
Did you watch the video? Everything is explained in the video and on the schools’ websites. It is also mentioned in the video description, where the schools’ websites are linked.
Some of the schools mentioned are targeted at Finnish and EU citizens and not non-EU citizens😢. Example Turku
Absolutely right, and as I mentioned in the video, if you live in the EU, you can apply to at least some of the schools. This also applies to those residing in Finland if the person has a residence permit. For international applicants, I have created a separate TOP 5 video, and anyone can apply to those schools.
@@JohnofFinland291 okay, you so much!
I will check out the video right away.
