Thanks a lot for the explanation, once i created the file 'WhqlSettings' and restarted my pc, the setup.exe automatically detected my overclocked controller that was red and not detected first, meaning the overclocking the first time went ok but something with windows blocks the new drivers injected for the controller. Thanks a lot again man !

Thank you!, this fixed my problem. Another guy on YT was telling me to clean install windows. This method works and is much quicker, no bios settings changed either.
5/1/2024 : this fixed my issue. Keep in mind, if you are overclocking, make sure you plug the controller into the same USB port on PC that you overclocked it in. If you swap it, you will have to redo the overclock process.

Hello can you help me. I was trying to install hidusbf and now my mouse does not work because I am getting error that driver signatures are not verified. So mouse stops working. And now my keyboard has also stopped working somehow. So now I'm stuck with windows without mouse and keyboard. No new USB ports or New keyboards/mouses are working. I have tried "Disable driver signature enforcement" but now that does not work too after my keyboard stopped. Safe mode does not work. I cannot get into recovery environment. Please help.

You have to create a new file using dword the file name doesnt matter after you do that you click modify on it then change value to 1

It only showed me one file. You need to create a new DWORD file and then name it WhqlSettings.
