  • The #1 mineral to stop heart palpitations.
Heart palpitations are early heartbeats which causes a fluttering/pounding sensation in the chest that comes and goes. Whilst it is important to speak with your doctor if you have this issue, it's also important to understand why heart palpitations happen in the first place.
In this video we discuss the links between magnesium deficiency and heart palpitations. We also uncover some other potential causes of heart palpitations such as drinking alcohol, refined foods, fasting for too long etc…
You'll also learn how to boost your magnesium levels by using natural food sources and/or supplements of magnesium glycinate to improve the electrical signalling that takes place in the nodes of the heart, to maintain a steady heartbeat.

Of course, you can tell your doctor about your heart palpitations, even a cardiologist, but you have to tell one that is competent, gives a poo, and isn't just looking for patients whose problems present the lowest-hanging, highest-return, least-amount-of-time fruit. I've had heart palpitations for well over twenty years, where my heart is very noticeably irregular, not beating regularly or smoothly, and kind of feels like a dryer with five tennis shoes in it, sometimes with odd sensations in my throat and neck, and even sometimes just below my solar plexus. Sometimes I even get light-headed like I'm about to pass out, and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding as if I've just done a full sprint after running a 5K with a long, up-hill finish. I've been to three so-called cardiologists, and all of them have said there is nothing wrong with me, and that I don't have heart palpitations. The fact that each one of them have parroted the BS that your maximum heart-rate is 220 minus your age, should have been my first clue. It's frustrating that our medical system has become so apathetic and lazy about health, and myopically focused on money.

It sounds like you have AFib. Ask for an electrophysiologist to implant a Loop Recorder. That is how mine was caught but I had to insist on having the device implanted. The recorder does not lie and it it’s NOT AFib, if will identify what type of arrhythmia you have. Good luck!

That's why a solution will come out of either China, India , Russia or Iran, Cuba or Singapore!!! Western medicine is too focus on money and will stay this way until forced to change. Besides changing your diet to more plant & fruit base, strengthen the Endothelium walls of the veins and arteries to combat heart disease and high blood pressure. Next to find a way to combat Lymph Node blockage and drain the Lymphatic System to prevent Lymphedema / Edema. Do not use or drink High Fructose Corn Syrup beverages that contains it.
      Take your B1 thru B12 vitamins along with A, C, D3, K2, Potassium Citrate (200+ mgs) daily.

I have been taking that amount of magnesium glycinate for a year now. It helps. I don't know why I started needing this but I got sick two years ago. No doctor helped me. They kept trying to get me to take a nerve pill. It is not my nerves.

My pleasure. It's best to just listen to your body and the signs it presents. When problems start cropping up, that's when you know it's low. Otherwise, consuming magnesium consistently is a must from foods ideally or glycinate. It's like drinking water. No need to worry, when your thirsty you drink. 💚
