    What do i do if am being misunderstood by my Pastor and most of the congregation because they thing am insignificant but i think am not, i only trying to do thing different now that means to be intentional and to use words to inflect real change in my life rather than doing things the old way , now am being misunderstood in conflect with people conformist in the Church . What do i do in a Situation like this Sir.

    Extravert leaders grow quick, introvert leaders grow slow, why are there no dedicated leadership support for introverted leaders.
    Some people cannot fit into the culture of their work environments, why is that, are they leaders.
