Not often you see a model with flaps deployed. Shame the kits do not allow that without modification.

I know. MD-11 is rather easier to build with flaps and slats modifications compared to other airliners tho. It involves lots of work, but it's worth to try.

Most airliners use the flaps for both takeoff and landing, unlike smaller aircraft that just use them for landing.
