I felt the same when I had covid recently, a forced break is sometimes the best thing. Also makes you appreciate being well and having energy once you come out of it ✨

I also got COVID for the first time in 2.5 years just over 3 weeks ago and my rapid test also came back really strong really quickly. Just like you, my symptoms were so mild and did the test as a precaution.

Ah I 100% know what you mean with covid and finally getting that excuse to stop! Covid sucks but gosh it was needed for me too!
Glad to see you're feeling better. After 2.5 years of avoiding it, I ended up with the spicy cough the week before you. Everyone in my house got it. It hit me quite hard for three days, and I didn't really do anything but vege out on the couch or in my room, the brain fog got me, but I bounced back pretty well. The fatigue wasn't fully gone until about Day 14 for me, and I've still got a cough, but I'm okay. I think the thing is actually listening to your body and your instincts while recovering.

I had covid with just a runny nose and a tiny bit of cough, not even fever. I was just isolated in my bedroom for a week.

I still am yet to catch covid and I’m immunocompromised!! You’d think I’d be the first to catch it! I’ve been a close contact sooooo many times but still never tested positive!
