Never know about Dc Mandell I wake-up this morning 4 days after my 68 birthday to drink my prep of liquid diet for colonoscopy with the usual back pain and I run in to Dc doing the baby posture laying on his back and pulling his feet down chest and I deed it maybe for45 seconds and he helps me fix my back pain of 12 years I did my procedure I been working around sitting and getting up with no pain ( did not drive yet) and I went to the comments as far as 3 years and I sawed who he really was “ a honest humble gift for humanity “and I hope a billion people will run into him
I just love this man. His heart is huge. His brain is great and he’s helping people praise God for him.

I suffered from debilitating migraines for decades...an episode could last for 3 months at a time...would go blind...and the list goes on. I finally took someone’s advice and visited a chiropractor...turns out the C curve of my neck was going the opposite way.. After visiting the chiropractor 4 times a week in the beginning, I am now down to once every other week and have been migraine free for about 2 years.

Sadly that's because most of them don't know about proper nutrition. They get hardly any training on it..and the training they get is out of date/wrong information. Great info-your sincerity is palpable! Unfortunately, brought to your channel due to back/nerve issues, but thank God we've got you as a resource! On an upnote, things are much better than they were even a couple weeks ago. As an engineer, I'm always looking for the root cause to SOLVE or PREVENT problems, not feel-good band-aids. Ditto and I don't understand the thing in my whole body starts shaking I don't get it. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can't get back in the house and I'm going to be out there and no one will find me. It is also starting to make my right leg jerk while I'm trying to drive and put on the break or gas! Scary stuff.

Go see a chiropractor. They are the best for your problem. I used to have sciatica years ago and I am healed. I still see my chiropractor for maintenance.

I am, or should I say, I was facing hip replacement that was literally schedule for this month, June 20, 2023.
If it were not for my love and appreciation for our Heavenly Father and this beautiful body I have been gifted with, I would not have researched and found you and a few other doctor on CZcams I would have fallen for the okie doke and I believe it to be and replaced my hip… 😢
My Mother, older Brother and one of my older sisters has had their hip replaced. They still need to do the exercises I’m learning to do and they still are trying to eat better for themselves… and lastly, they still have pain of inflammation in some way or another whether it be as a result of their root issue or the surgery they’ve had. I can never thank you enough for this phone near opathy I will try I will do the core exercises the V12 all the bees and I will find that kind of acid and thank you for spelling that out because I had no idea thank you thank you thank you. Also have a lot of shaking from head to toe with it sometimes I can't even drive because my foot kind of like jerks and my leg and I never know when it's going to start so really I can't give a driving I'm by myself and I have to go to the store and other places

Thank you so much! I have been having neck, shoulder and arm discomfort and I now realize it may be my sleeping position along with my slumping posture and chin way too far forward at the computer at the root cause. Also, every now and again I have had a burning sensation on the top side of my toes and I now recognize it as high glucose. Such helpful information, I truly appreciate it!!!

Thank you Dr. Mandell you are the best. You have helped me so much . I am taking most of vitamins you have suggested. Changed my diet eating healthier. Exercising. I have high sugar trying hard not to become a dietetic. I also have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs. Very scary for me. I do think I see a slight improvement in my feet during the day. I am trying very hard since listening to your video I no what vitamins to take and things to help. I do appreciate this so much. You are helping so many people .
