    Congratulations on your pregnancy!! ❤🎉 I've just recently found out your channel, and I really appreciate all the knowledge and work your share with us!! About the TVA... There is something I don't understand... Are we supposed to zip up all day in order to have better posture and strong core?? Or is it something you should learn to do during your workout??? I'm confused 🤔

      Great question! Of course, I'm biased since I have my own Pilates app, "Flow with Mira", which I truly believe in. But when choosing the best Pilates app, you might want to consider the following:
      Qualifications of the Instructor: Ensure they have the proper training and experience.
      1. Teaching Style: It's crucial that you enjoy and feel motivated by the instructor's teaching style. Everyone resonates differently with teaching methods, so find one that feels right for you.
      2. Programs Offered: Does the app offer the programs and classes that align with your goals? Whether it's for rehabilitation, fitness, or relaxation, make sure the app caters to your needs.
      3. Your Goals: Why do you want to do Pilates? Is it for strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, or overall wellbeing? Choose an app that aligns with your goals.
      I'd recommend trying out a few apps, perhaps starting with mine, and seeing which one feels right for you. Remember, the best app is the one that you'll consistently use and enjoy! 💖
