Thank youuu! My math teacher makes everything so complicated and doesn’t even bother to help us...and my class is advanced math. This explained it so much better!!
Thank you so much!!! This helped me a lot! I'm taking the CASHEE test tomorrow & we were just taught geometry today. I didn't fully understand but now I do. Thank you! 😄
Thanks Vincent, I agree that it should be fixed. I didn't realize I did that. I have included a note that states that I miss speak and use volume instead of area for that 15 second section. I hope that you find the rest of the video satisfactory.
Thank you. My teacher says stuff like, "there are no other ways to solve his problem." Not only did you help but so did the comments so thank you everyone.
The surface area is combined area of all the faces of a 3d object. In this case you have 2 circles (top and bottom) and a rectangle that is has the same height as the cylinder and a base that is the circumference of the top/bottom.
Ok so I have a huge math test on this on Friday. I have been so lost because my teacher does not explain things like this well. Thank you so much for this video! It really helped and I know how to do it now!!
this helped so much!! My math applications teacher is always like "ask me if you need help" but when we do, we end up getting a 45 minute lecture about how stupid we are, and then he expects us to pass his class...
Lmao i even understand you more than my teacher,my teacher always so fast to explain and i cant even understand.Thank you,but i still dont get it a bit

It helped my HW. Thank you!!!!!!
Thank you so much!! This was really helpfull while I was studying for a math test
theres an easier way do:
2xπxr(r+h)
r=radius
h=hight
Exactly dude thanks I forgot the formula of the easy way but you reminded me of it thanks
Zakiya Ali thank you so much man you just made my day best of luck in life

thank you so much
Thanks a lot
bleh im 12 and when i was learning this in my math class i was so confused but this helped so much ^^
haha
Sir whiteboard software are you using. Is it free?
How do I work out the diameter!!
Thnx!!!!
Thank you
Thank you i was not paying attention in class
how would one solve if a diagram like this was given but the only information given was the surface area and height?
thanks, i know this is like 5 years old but thank you
Thank u
great video
thanx
but for circumference of a circle we have 2*diameter* pi
so i think this will big change in our video
thanx again
CZcams teaches me more then at school.
Pi never ends. I saw it taken somewhere around 5000 decimal places. When I use Pi I use 3.14 or sometimes I use 3.14159.
thanks :P
Thanks
i already learn it!
is the surface area of 5(circles) and 6(middle section
ectangle)=290.04 or 345.40
how did u get 100 pie= 3.14?
helped me with my homework alright
thank you :)
Hey, 7 years later. Crazy right!! Hope you ended up getting a good mark on that homework :DD
Thank yooooooou
PIE is not only 3.14 pie keeps going but in middle of high school they just use 3.14 but pie just keep going and going and going
*pi
🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
💖
Lmao i even understand you more than my teacher,my teacher always so fast to explain and i cant even understand.Thank you,but i still dont get it a bit
Thank
Our formula in school was 2pie r square + 2pie rh
Thnx
helpful
What's up Mr.Framke?
To solve for the circumference how did you know the diameter is 20
I didn't get that part can you explain more or can someone help me understand
Victoria Boahemaa the radius is half of the diameter
Eg: radius of 10 means that the diameter is 20
Just times by 2
Thanks for explaining 🙏
Sammy L he's really nuts. this video is really cool i really like it i'm in 7th grade, i really understand this sum
it is so easy
