@@mohammedshafiq4053 You seem to have completely missed the point. Spending 4 hours of your time and $3 worth of materials to fix a $2 stool is stupid no matter how much money you have. That - would go a long way to explain why they are poor.
But atleast he's showing us how to fixed plastic material esp in case if theres only one special piece of item in the market and it's very hard to get to replaced it or in an emergeny so it's helpful though.
I suspect the glue was superglue. If so was the battery destruction necessary ? Superglue reacts with many powders to set strongly.
It was hot glue from a gun, not superglue.

You used a lot more than just a battery and was it really worth all that trouble to fix a cheap broken plastic stool? I would rather buy a new one. I have a plastic chair with a broken leg which you can collect for free. It will be a lot more comfortable for you to sit on when making your phone calls after you have fixed it.
