There shud b provisions to make massive clearings in between to act as buffer zones like they do in Australia
I live north of Nainitaal
1. Sometimes forest officials set fire to grow new foliage and it grows out of control.
2. For the first time I saw choppers dropping water (never seen it in the past)
3. Some people arrested who were outsiders who deliberately set fire (one can only guess their motives)
Overall I agree withbyour suggestions and thanks
