As a couch potato, who has been doing so, so little through 2020, this is so, so timely. I know I need to do something...I got an Apple Watch specially... and as a complete beginner to most of the workouts, the whole experience is just awesome for a world in which we're all locked in at home.
Justine, you echoed so much of what I thought and found and how exciting it's getting - and we're only in the first few days! GO girl!

Just with the raw content in this video I learned more about apple fitness than any other video. Then you put the production quality on top of that. This was a really good video no matter what aspect you look at. You really out done yourself with this one. I can tell you put a lot into this. The fact that you actually use the service, I think puts this video above a lot of others because youâre also tech savvy. A lot of the techys donât use it but review it and then a lot of the athletes arenât a techy so itâs not a review with a complete perspective
Definitely this is a great CZcams channel

Yay I just got my update ! I mean.. anyone can exercise without this, but it definitely adds a bit of encouragement and makes it fun using these things with our gadgets .

I am loving AF+ so far, especially yoga, dance, and mindful cool downs. Iâm excited to get back to the gym so I can try the treadmill and bike classes!

Great review! I've been looking forward to Fitness+. The yoga studio I've been going to for 2 years closed due to COVID and this a perfect replacement.
My apple watch activity ap did not reflect the fitness+ workouts I just did. đ€Ș definitely getting an apple tv box so i can watch on tv screen because ipad is just too small for floor workouts. Ipad or phone are fine for treadmill or cycle.
Totally agree on getting an Apple TV to view the workouts on a big screen. The experience is a lot better!

First time was of the person with the TV was subscribed to fitness plus, the second time was if they didnât but you do, if that makes sense

My moms Peloton Bike FINALLY came in about a week ago and I just did my first few workouts on it and I LOVED how easily my watch integrated!! Literally all I had to do was scan my watch and I was ready to go! Iâm not a cyclist by ANY MEANS... but I did a couple basic classes and Ioving it! I love that I can turn the screen to do off bike classes âșïž

I think Apple cal pull it off. Apple TV has big screen and can show metrics for 2 people. It will become competitive. And I thought I should ask Justine as if she requests this, Apple would do it. If Apple doesnât listen to Justine then I donât k is who would they listen to. đ

Great summary. We got Fitness+ yesterday and love it so far! The integration with Apple Watch is amazing. I wish there were more workouts and styles and Iâm sure there will be more added over time. Also wish two people could link their watch at the same time. Soon!

I donât think itâs necessarily an âadâ since she has to legally note that she got paid and as we all know she does a lot of those. However, that doesnât mean Apple didnât provide the app to her for review ahead of time as a part of their marketing plan like they usually do. She also received the new iPhones early to review but never has said she was paid for it. Lots of CZcamsrs receive review units to post about and check out ahead of launch.

Iâd say itâs a great replacement unless you need access to more strength equipment to build more muscle! Otherwise, you can burn a lot of calories and improve your mobility with just their classes!
