In this video I mostly discuss EC from independent sitting through to crawling and standing, but not walking yet. For Elba this was 6 to 10 months.

Hi! In Canada and I use the BabyBjorn small potty. It’s a great, sturdy option. My son’s legs reach the floor and while we didn’t EC in the newbown stage, I think the insert could easily double in place of a top hat potty.
