Toughbuilt is coming out with a fan, lights, and a vac. I'm just going to wait for the release of those items so that I don't have to invest in 2 different systems

This is the smart move for sure! I just already had the paclout stuff from before stacktech was a thing. My vacuum just died so I'm down one more Milwaukee to keep track of.
In the end they're both just toolboxes so I'm forcing them to get along cause I can't afford to just swap brands in an instant ya know?

I’m working with Polycarbonate and UHMW as they put up with impacts and stress beyond the boxes themselves. Nice work with adapters, very well done.

If you don't have a CNC Router, just get the PACKOUT Mounting Plate for $30 and screw it to the your wooden work top Toughbuilt.

This is a great idea, I did something similar in my second version

this was my first thought, or I've seen plenty of mounting plates made out of steel also.
You can go the other way too if you wanted... Packout worktop with Stacktech mounting plate.

Was just thinking about this for my Flex StackPack. Not necessarily for the PackOut though.

    非常好,令人驚訝的。我期待Toughbuilt更多產品,很可惜,亞洲非常難購買。(還好我還沒有建制自己的PACKOUT system

Or just buy a Milwaukee base plate and screw it to the board

The milawuakee ones have a hilariously large skirt, wouldn't look good imo. Plus at that point you're doing the same amount of work but paying almost 80 bucks more

I made my mounting plates from Wood & Aluminum and they have held for for a few years,,, The 45(?) noogies you cut off hold the box in place against the latch... Not complicated like yours and mine look a lot better too... WHY did you need to make that in the first place.....
